It's about time a politician brave enought o defend White culture spoke out. Without Whites, there would be no culture at all worth mentioning.
The following text is from Mediaite on Youtube:
Congressman Steve King got in some hot water this week for his comments about white people’s contributions to civilization. In reaction to a fellow MSNBC panelist snarking by all the white people at the Republican National Convention, King said, “Where are these contributions that have been made by these other categories of people that you’re talking about?”
He said that white people have done more for civilization than other “sub-groups,” and the DNC is already demanding an apology.
Well, today King went ahead and stood by what he said, after being confronted by The Washington Post‘s Philip Rucker. King insisted he was disturbed by how panelist Charlie Pierce was “disparaging” old white people, and asked, “Can you trade that language out by trading any other group in there as an adjective?”
And then he made this argument:
“Western civilization is the most successful civilization the world has ever seen. And some of the reasons for that is it’s borrowed from other cultures along the way, back to Mosaic law, the Greek age of reason, Roman law and the Roman order of government, and the Republican form of government, by the way, that we’re guaranteed in our constitution…
“The sum total that’s been contributed by Western civilization, it surpasses any other culture of civilization, party because we borrowed from them along the way, and we’re flexible enough to do that. And so I don’t think we should apologize for our success.”
He concluded, “The idea of multiculturalism, that every culture is equal — that’s not objectively true.”
