The narrator claims that this video shows a pair of "disembodied legs" but that is not true. This is actually caused by data loss on the camera. You can make out a very faint body in some of the frames. The camera's video compression algorithm loses it because it is dark and so close to the background color. Really, who else but a nigger would be running through the hood at night?

Currently this biological sludge is trying to evade trial with claims of mental incompetency. We agree, she should not have to stand trial. She should simply be drawn and quartered, as soon as possible. Tax dollars are being wasted to house and feed this beast.
