The narrator claims that this video shows a pair of "disembodied legs" but that is not true. This is actually caused by data loss on the camera. You can make out a very faint body in some of the frames. The camera's video compression algorithm loses it because it is dark and so close to the background color. Really, who else but a nigger would be running through the hood at night?

Did somebody defund the police? Is that why they are out begging? Really, isn't panhandling illegal?
