This 20-year old illegal alien grabbed an 11-year-old girl off the street in front of her Lake Worth, Florida home and sexually assaulted her. 

How is he entitled to constitutional protections? The US Constitution is for "us and OUR posterity", it was not an agreement with squat monsters. Criminals such as this should be shot on sight.
