Truth in Acronyms - FEMA Edition

Once upon a time, back in very early 2019 and months after Hurricane Michael had destroyed much of Panama City, we engaged with an older man at a bar we liked to eat at, who said that he lost much of his roof during the storm but that it was in the process of being repaired. He complained that the repairs were taking far too long, and making a half-serious joke, told us that FEMA stood for "Find Every Mexican Available". That's about right.
