Don't wonder why India will always be a "shithole country". Unbeknownst to most dumbass and naive White folks, this is all Pajeets (Indians) will ever amount to, anywhere, once there are enough of them in one place.
The real problem is thinking that these apes are people.
That's it... just keep hiring them. Make sure to give them lots of heavy equipment, and have them figure out how to do the work by themselves.
