We looked all over Google for "CCPD" and there are many departments that may use the acronym, but we could not find one wearing this uniform or patch. The TikTok video resolution is too low to make it out. This cop, who must have taken an oath to uphold the Constitution, is a disgrace.

The narrator claims that this video shows a pair of "disembodied legs" but that is not true. This is actually caused by data loss on the camera. You can make out a very faint body in some of the frames. The camera's video compression algorithm loses it because it is dark and so close to the background color. Really, who else but a nigger would be running through the hood at night?
